Return Policy
At LotusCycles, we take utmost care while crafting the best products and experience for our customers. We are thrilled to serve you with the best mobility solution that you desire and appreciate you placing an order with us. In line with that, here is our return policy:
- 1. Under this policy, we entertain no returns on cycles sold, but allow exchange of the product if there is any mismatch in size, or any damage during delivery or handling, or any manufacturing issues.
- 2. Should you face any of the aforementioned issues, please note that the products purchased from LotusCycles can only be exchanged at the authorised LotusCycles stores.
- 3. Please note that the product can be only exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase, ONLY IF it’s in a resalable condition. The product will be checked by our representative at the LotusCycles store and proceeded for exchange if the criteria is met.
IMPORTANT NOTE: LotusCycles will be taking full responsibility for damaged goods if the delivery is by our own medium or transportation partner. Please note that we won’t take any responsibility for the damage caused by improper manhandling of the products by third-party delivery partners.
